One of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses and construction equipment, drive systems for marine and industrial applications, aerospace components and services.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES •Being commercially responsible for parts and service business at designated area •Together with sub-dealers/service centres (dealers), actively define and follow Customer Support Business Plan and ensure that agreed targets regarding parts sales, profit margin and service coverage are met •Run the Business Plan Process via Dealer Business Meetings, including follow up of actions and targets for the business •By implementation, analysis and use of relevant systems, training needs, defined KPI’s, etc, ensure partnership development at dealer level •Assure/develop dealer competence and organisation in CS management, administration, level of training, service/warranty administration, parts logistics, CS marketing and pricing •Assist/support dealer in providing service to customers/end users with sufficient number of technicians and parts support •Together with dealer work towards optimized inventory and logistic solutions •Follow machine population and service/parts coverage vs. market potential, utilizing Potential Calculation tool •Provide parts sale forecast per designated dealer, monitor and follow relevant KPI’s •Implement After Market programs – goal of growing parts and service sales •Gather needs for parts related training, feedback, coordinate execution of parts training in respective market MAIN REQUIREMENTS •Technical and commercial understanding/experience •Minimum of five years experience within the construction equipment business or similar •Structured with good skills in leading, communicating and being creative •Appropriate language skills, minimum working English •Able to respond to travel needs within designated dealer area •Able to work independently as well as in team •Proficiency in the use of PC
